Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sophia Watch. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at our store email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a return or refund.

Important We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package without tracking.
